Burton is a man that runs the bar and operations of The Eyes of Elysium. Over the course of the last several months, Damien Capashan and Rafe Capashan have become as close as patrons could be to him as they rented rooms for more than 6 months. Burton has given them information on past patrons, adventurers and the like.
Recently, Burton extended his use of certain meeting rooms to The Order of the Owlbear as they have been such good patrons for so long, even so much as occasionally helping keep the peace inside of the tavern many times. Rafe Capashan was given the opportunity to get artwork commissioned and put Damien Capashan’s likeness (painting) amongst the other artworks behind the bar.
