A socialite heavily invested in arts and theatre, Velctor runs the Twilight House, Museum and Art Gallery in Flagstone. The Order was introduced to him through the mutual contact of Lord Zenitarr.
Upon this meeting, Velctor asked the group to deal with a spirit that has evaded him for some time and fled to the Van Garrent estate.
The Order, indeed, did deal with the spirit that Velctor contracted, and paid them with information as currency. But before information was given, Damien Capashan and Rafe Capashan were able to open Velctor a bit more as they revealed that they knew the Spirit was none other than his own sister, Nina, whom he possibly brought back from the dead and was held by malicious and truly evil spirits in the Van Garrent Estate. With the help of Brivara Moonglade, whom presented a coin that captured Nina’s last words, The Order put Velctor’s worries to rest as they had respectfully allowed Nina’s spirit to finally pass on, forgiving her brother before fading away with a smile.
The Order was able to ask a series of questions involving the Markov’s (which the Lutair family is under), Red Fang, The Moon Market, and many other questions. With the conversation closing, information exchanged on multiple subjects, Velctor decides to surprise The Order with a bit of a last gift to them. The deed to The Van Garrent Estate. The Order graciously accepts the deed.
