Portrait of Vivienne Capashan

Vivienne Capashan

Vivienne Capashan is the mother of Rafe Capashan. She is an adventurer, a bard, and a curious and fierce woman. Recently. It has been discovered that she was part of the Sarkandari and spent time researching places and realms beyond Alashar. Rafe, looking for her his entire life, is close to uncovering the first steps she took in her journey toward greater truths. As of now, she is presumed missing, sacrificing her time here in Alashar to travel to a far away place outside of the world.

“After traveling the world, Saltannus Vhane finally came to Mercadia. That’s when he came upon a young woman he would take as an apprentice for a time. Vivienne Capashan was a bard that shared the same zest for life with fierceness and determination that perhaps outmatched his own. Upon hearing her story, one with troubled visions and dark mysteries, Tannus could not help but be sucked into helping her find her way.

So with the company of young Vivienne, her large minotaur friend Morkoth they set out under the group of The Luminas Aeterna. The main goal was to find her lost brother. This tale would be one of a depth of darkness to which most would never see. A corruption of body and mind that only the Lord of the Realms of Chaos possess.

Vivienne’s brother led the Eternal Legion and with it planned to unleash the undead horde across Alashar. Only with true friendship as well as the aid of a very arrogant elf did they ever hope to succeed. And they did. This quest was where Tannus came upon Valke.

Resting in a Dragon’s horde, the group managed to outwit the magnificent creature Levinbolstrix in a game of tales. Each taking turns creating a story and during it, each like a game of chess maneuvered events in their favor. Vivienne had quite the imagination, but it was Tannus closing the story and winning the game.”

-From Wren about what he knows of Vivienne through his mentor, Tannus.

Vivienne is also said to have been in possession of a Moon Silver Blade – possibly the sword ‘The Song Saber’ made by Sophia Dryden‘s father. Apparently Sophia’s father knew the Capashans.
